This Privacy Policy describes how Sushi Gold ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the website sushi-gold.od.ua (the "Site").

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Olena Tvardiievych (entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations No. 2 556 000 0000 159586 dated 03.02.2020).

• Delivery address;
• Date of birth (optional, for the loyalty programme);

• Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — used to forward orders to our staff. Data is processed in accordance with the Telegram Privacy Policy.
• Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) — cloud database platform where user profiles and orders are stored. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 certified.

Both services encrypt data and protect it in accordance with international security standards.

Profile data and order history are retained for 3 (three) years from the date of last activity, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your data.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

• encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS);
• database-level security (Row-Level Security);
• restricted staff access to customer personal data.

Despite these measures, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a security breach, we will notify you within the timeframes required by law.

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to:

• know what personal data is being processed and for what purpose;
• access your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
